UPenn Expands Homeownership Incentive Boundaries
Geographic Radius Grown to Include “South Bank” Area
Philadelphia Business Journal reports that the University of Pennsylvania is expanding incentive program boundaries, to include 52nd st – 56th st, from Market to Paschall Ave. This incorporates residential properties across from South Bank (formerly known as Marshall Labs). Big picture – this program aims to expand West Philadelphia area homeownership via employee incentives. This creates favorable conditions & financial tools for residential buyers & renovators, in order to augment the local community surround UPenn Campus, since 1965.
