Plans For the Reading Viaduct

Plans to Green Philly

According to Philly.com, plans to develop 500 acres of parkland will be released tomorrow by the Nutter administration.  The plans would be to convert empty lots to small areas of green oases, some being as small as a quarter acre. Plans for Delaware River Waterfront
