Meet the Development Team
1706 is the culmination of a shared vision between Tom Scannapieco and Joe Zuritsky. Scannapieco, with more than two decades developing luxury high-rise residential projects in the region, had long envisioned building a world-class luxury residential tower in Philadelphia. Zuritsky, whose family owned the parking lot that 1706 is built on, had dreamed of building something special on that site since his days managing the lot as a young man.
