Home Prices Back to Low Levels

According to this MSNBC.com article, home prices in most major U.S. cities have fallen to their lowest levels since the housing recession began.  Washington, D.C. is the only market that has seen a gain. Markets suffering the most are Atlanta, Charlotte, N.C., Chicago, Detroit, Las Vegas, Miami, New York, Phoenix, Portland, Seattle, and Tampa Bay.
