Aloha, I see that you are experiencing similar conditions in the high-end market as we are. Homes end stagnating on the market, thereby motivating the sellers to negotiate more when offers do come in. Question though, on a couple of those entries (i.e. 607-613 Pine) it states that the sold price was considerably higher than list? Is that correct or at the numbers backwards?
