Just like it’s sister neighborhood, Fitler Square, it too finds it’s having a somewhat difficult time moving real estate due to it’s popularity and pricey properties. This shows with only having 26 MLS sales in 2009. A condo at 1900 JFK sold for only $60,000, making it the least expensive sale and 2200 Arch St had the most expensive at $1,200,000.
