CNBC" Mad Money says real estate market has BOTTOMED OUT!

Jim Cramer of MAD MONEY announced that the housing market has finally bottomed out.  In the 11 minute video at http://tiny.cc/7kKrO  Cramer states that major economic indicators like new housing starts, coupled with a home affordability, low interest rates and a highly desirable $8000 tax credit have changed the dynamics.  He is buying real estate and strongly suggests that you do too.
