Filled with modern art deco condos and fancy bars, this is the place to be just about any night of the week. The Northern Liberties neighborhood had a whoppin’ 100 MLS sales in 2009! There were many bargains to be found with the lowest priced one being a property on 671 Franklin Place which sold for only $85,000! The most expensive home sold for $859,000 on 457 Reno.
