Following graduation, he relocated to Los Angeles where he worked as a Market Analyst for a real estate developer for 7 years. At the prompting of his family and friends to return to Philadelphia to be a part of the city’s real estate boom, he joined The Atacan Group in 2006. David resides in the Art Museum area with his boxer.
